VP of Engineering and Electrical Engineer
Richard Knapp, PE
As a managing partner of the firm, Richard is involved in business development and operations, as well as overseeing the engineering team. He is responsible for electrical design from pre-construction through design and construction administration services. He is experienced in electrical design in both AutoCAD and Revit for commercial and residential construction projects.
Director of Engineering
Pete Fitzgerald, PE
Pete has more than thirty years of experience and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, including managing, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects from schematic design phase through construction completion.
Director of Structural Engineering
Scott Kish, PE
Scott directs the structural analysis and design of new commercial retail buildings and the renovation of existing structures. He is responsible for creating construction documents and specifications for each project and is proficient in concrete, steel, masonry, and timber design.
Mechanical Engineering Manager
Brian Rice, PE
Brian is responsible for the design of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing and fire protection for commercial and retail buildings. He is also responsible for coordination with other disciplines during the design and construction phases.

Merton Harris, PE
Merton is responsible for MEP project management on a variety of projects. He is also responsible for the design of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing and fire protection for commercial and retail buildings.
