Director of Engineering
Pete Fitzgerald, PE
Pete has more than thirty years of experience and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, including managing, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects from schematic design phase through construction completion.
Director of Structural Engineering
Terry S. Francis, PE, SE
Terry directs the structural analysis and design of new commercial retail buildings as well as the renovation of existing structures. He is responsible for the creation of construction documents and specifications for each project and is proficient in concrete, steel, masonry, and timber design. Terry has been designated a Model Law Structural Engineer by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
VP of Engineering and Electrical Engineer
Richard Knapp, PE
Rich is responsible for electrical design from pre-construction through design and construction administration services. He employs a logical, thoughtful approach to the design of sustainable systems for national commercial and multi-family projects. He has more than a decade of experience at the firm managing client partners and specification standards in addition to allocating risk management.
Mechanical Engineering Manager
Brian Rice, PE
Brian is responsible for the design of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing and fire protection for commercial and retail buildings. He is also responsible for coordination with other disciplines during the design and construction phases.

Merton Harris, PE
Merton is responsible for MEP project management on a variety of projects. He is also responsible for the design of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing and fire protection for commercial and retail buildings.
